1st Amendment RightsOur US Constitution 1st Amendment Rights states that Congress (Government) shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

It is a fundamental United States Citizens right to peaceably assemble or gather and exercise free speech and to gather for Religious Freedoms.

Nowhere in the US Constitution does it state that the government shall override the US Constitutional 1st Amendment rights due to a medical mandate or based on the public opinions of safety or any other reason that could be used to remove the US Citizens 1st amendment rights.

The founders of the US Constitution had missioned to America and wanted to have free citizens against the current Monarch systems which sought to oppress its people through dictatorship methods. What makes America great is the US Constitutional rights that we have in our democratic republic based on inspired documents that govern us, under the covenant that our nation is one; under the God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob.

In America, we are facing all kinds of unconstitutional corruption from medical frauds, medical misclassifications, false-positive testings, covid cures are worse than the true problems, and overreach by government officials and governments to remove our US Constitutional Rights covered in our 12 Amendments.

We have churches all across America that are peaceably assembled together to worship God. With signs posted that masks and social distancing are required to enter the building. The Patrons have the US Constitutional Rights to chose to wear a mask or to not wear a mask while being seated; much like being in a local bar or restaurant. Wear a mask to the door and to your seat. Once seated, it’s optional to wear them.

In some facilities, thousands of people have chosen to attend these services to exercise their US Constitutional Right to peaceably gather and practice their religious practices.

May someone get the flu, or the common cold, or covid-19?  Maybe or maybe not, it’s the same risk of thousands of people went out to various bars and restaurants for a night out. For those who desire to freely worship as US Citizens, they have the right to do so, regardless of public opinion or government mandates which are violating our US Constitutional 1st Amendment Rights.

Covid-19 for the majority of people is like getting seasonal flu, a virus, that takes time to overcome. If you look a the true numbers, everything is now being classified under Covid so that the medical community can earn more federal dollars for treatments and cares, even if the underlying issue isn’t Covid related.

We believe in the US Constitution and its rights for it’s Citizens.

We condemn any government body which passes ordinances that violate our US Constitutional 1st amendment rights, under the guise of a medical mandate or public safety.
